Sanjeev began his legal career in India, where he built a distinguished practice handling civil litigation, real estate transactions, contract disputes, and administrative law. His extensive experience includes working with government entities, businesses, and individuals on complex legal matters. After moving to Canada, he articled at a respected Alberta law firm before establishing SPT LAW Office.

Dikshant Sharma
Associate Lawyer
Dikshant Sharma is an Alberta lawyer practicing in family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, and real estate law. He is committed to providing clear, strategic advice and strong advocacy, with a practical and results-focused approach to every matter.
Dikshant holds a Juris Doctor from Bond University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy with a Minor in Business from Concordia University. He represents clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings across a wide range of legal matters. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Dikshant proudly serves clients throughout Alberta with an emphasis on clear communication, accessibility, and trust.
Before entering law, Dikshant competed nationally in badminton, representing Alberta, and Chandigarh, earning provincial titles and athletic scholarships. The discipline, resilience, and competitive drive developed through sport continue to shape his approach as an advocate.

Pranav Sharma
Legal Assistant
Pranav Sharma is a dedicated legal assistant at SPT LAW Office, specializing in real estate transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, majoring in Business Economics and Law. With a strong foundation in business and legal principles, Pranav brings valuable insight and meticulous attention to detail to every transaction, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.
Committed to advancing his legal career, Pranav is currently pursuing law and is set to begin the Juris Doctor program at the University of Alberta in September 2025. His passion for the legal field and hands-on experience at SPT LAW Office position him as a knowledgeable and client-focused professional.
Beyond his legal work, Pranav has a deep-rooted passion for sports and community involvement. A former Canadian national cricket player, he represented Canada at both the youth and senior levels, including competing in the 2018 U19 Cricket World Cup in New Zealand. He remains actively involved in the sport by coaching young athletes, mentoring them in resilience, discipline, and teamwork.

Astha Aggarwal
Legal Assistant
Astha Aggarwal is an enthusiastic legal assistant at SPT Law Office, greeting clients with a warm smile as they come in through the doors. She holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration, and a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Supply Chain Management from Cape Breton University. Astha’s expertise in logistics and management has given her a keen eye for efficiency, and communication.
Acting as the cardinal point of contact between SPT Law Office and clients, Astha conducts herself in a manner of diligence, and earnestness, ensuring that every client is aware of, and understands, every step SPT Law takes during their case. She possesses a warmth unlike any other, and is always committed to establishing a consistent stream of communication between SPT Law and their clients.
Outside of work, Astha describes herself as an extrovert who loves to explore the city in her free time, meet new people, and read books. She carries herself with an air of affability, and has recently taken up a new hobby of listening to podcasts.
An integral part of SPT Law, Astha is unwavering in her goal to achieve success for every client, and is there to help in any possible way that she can.
Tejas Sharma
Head of Accounting
Tejas Sharma is the Head of Accounting at SPT LAW Office, bringing a wealth of expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and process automation. His meticulous approach to financial management helps streamline operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning at SPT LAW Office.
With a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) in Accounting from NAIT and extensive experience in corporate finance, Tejas plays a key role in ensuring the firm’s financial health and operational efficiency. Currently pursuing his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, Tejas specializes in variance analysis, financial statement preparation, and optimizing accounting systems.
Before joining SPT LAW Office, Tejas held key accounting roles in the real estate and development sector, where he managed multi-million-dollar financial portfolios, conducted audits, and improved financial workflows through technology integration. His expertise in GST filings, cash flow forecasting, and financial reconciliation allows him to provide invaluable support to the firm’s growing client base.
