Founded in 2023, SPT Law Office is an Alberta-based law firm providing clear, practical, and client-focused legal guidance. Led by Sanjeev Pandit, whose legal career spans more than 20 years across India, Europe, and Canada, SPT brings together experience and a modern, client-centered approach to legal service. SPT continues to support individuals, families, and businesses across Alberta through a range of legal services.

Sanjeev Pandit
Founding Lawyer
With over 25 years of legal experience, Sanjeev Pandit is the founding lawyer of SPT LAW Office in Edmonton, Alberta. His practice focuses on real estate law, property transactions, contracts, and civil litigation, providing practical, tailored legal solutions.
Sanjeev began his legal career in India, where he advised individuals, businesses, and government entities on complex legal matters. After moving to Canada, he articled at an Alberta law firm before establishing SPT LAW Office.
Committed to clear guidance and personalized service, Sanjeev helps clients navigate Alberta’s legal landscape with confidence. Fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, he proudly serves Edmonton’s diverse communities.
Dikshant Sharma
Associate Lawyer
Dikshant Sharma is an Alberta lawyer practicing in family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, and real estate law. He provides clear, strategic advice and practical, results-focused representation through negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Dikshant holds a Juris Doctor from Bond University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy with a Minor in Business from Concordia University. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, he serves clients throughout Alberta with a focus on clear communication, accessibility, and trust.
Before entering law, Dikshant competed nationally in badminton, representing Alberta and Chandigarh and earning provincial titles and athletic scholarships. The discipline, resilience, and competitive drive developed through sport continue to shape his approach to advocacy.
Pranav Sharma
Legal Assistant
Pranav Sharma is a legal assistant at SPT LAW Office, specializing in real estate transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, majoring in Business Economics and Law, and brings a strong foundation in business and legal principles to every transaction.
Pranav is pursuing his legal career at the University of Alberta and brings hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach to his work. He is committed to ensuring each transaction is handled smoothly and efficiently.
A former Canadian national cricket player, Pranav represented Canada at both youth and senior levels, including the 2018 U19 Cricket World Cup in New Zealand. He continues to support the sport by coaching and mentoring young athletes, emphasizing discipline, resilience, and teamwork.
Astha Aggarwal
Legal Assistant
Astha Aggarwal is a legal assistant at SPT LAW Office and a welcoming first point of contact for clients. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Supply Chain Management from Cape Breton University, bringing strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to her role.
Astha is committed to keeping clients informed and ensuring they understand each step of their legal journey. Her warm and approachable nature, combined with her attention to detail and efficiency, helps create a positive and supportive client experience.
Outside of work, Astha enjoys exploring Edmonton, meeting new people, reading, and listening to podcasts. She brings the same enthusiasm and warmth to her work, supporting both clients and the SPT LAW team with care and professionalism.
Tejas Sharma
Head of Accounting
Tejas Sharma is the Head of Accounting at SPT LAW Office, specializing in financial reporting, tax compliance, and process automation. He brings a meticulous, analytical approach to financial management, helping ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Tejas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) in Accounting from NAIT and is currently pursuing his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. His expertise includes financial statement preparation, variance analysis, GST filings, cash flow forecasting, and financial reconciliation.
Before joining SPT LAW Office, Tejas held accounting roles in the real estate and development sector, managing multi-million-dollar financial portfolios, supporting audits, and improving financial workflows through technology. He plays an important role in maintaining the firm’s financial operations and supporting its continued growth.
